The company continuously develops its four sites in Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs and Szeged and is looking for skilled IT professionals to join its team.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Continuous and consistent mapping of the necessary compliance information for our top applications Webex and MS Teams in CAPE, Darwin, PSA-Portal and other internal tools</li><li>Support of central quality assurance and stability measures</li><li>Support and advice for the Operations when new functionalities will be introduced (PoC, Cloudification)</li><li>Error and protocol analysis of data connections, support in incident management </li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Service Management Experience</li><li>Good overview of compliance processes as well as legal regulations such as GDPR</li><li>Basic knowledge regarding Cloud Services, experience with Webex and/or MS Teams</li><li>High level of English language knowledge, German is an advantage</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>* Please be informed that our remote working possibility is only available within Hungary due to European taxation regulation.</p>
