Position Overview

- Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, Partially Remote (hybrid)

What You Will Do
Leads and supports complex financial analysis and reporting tasks within the finance function. Provides strategic insights and recommendations to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Leads and coordinates financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Conducts in-depth financial analysis to support stratgeic initiatives, process improvements, and cost optimization efforts.
- Serves as a subject matter expert and key resource for financial systems, models, and reporting tools.
- Prepares, reviews, and presents financial reports and dashboards to senior leadership, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Ensures compliance with internal controls, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support business planning, resource allocation, and financial decision-making
What You Will Need
Licenses / Certifications / Registrations
- Accountant licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of two years of related experience required.
- Equivalent combination of education and professional experience may be considered in lieu of the education requirement.
