Job Description

Advise the client/management about Project Controls, including CPM Scheduling, Cost Management, Earned Value Management, Project Management Information System (PMIS) & Document Control, Risk Management, and any construction delay claims issues related to the project and recommending corrective actions. Oversee project controls professionals assigned to various projects and programs. Coordinate with key stakeholders across AECOM in the development and implementation of project control standards, procedures, and protocols. Develop technical write-ups and cost proposals in response to project controls related to Requests For Proposals (RFPs) for various state and federal agencies as well as private clients. Provide hands-on project controls services on various projects and programs. Provide direction and guidance to team members on implementing project controls and in expanding the scope and visibility of AECOM’s project control services.

Qualifications

Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field and five (5) years of work experience in the job offered or in a construction project management-related occupation. Position requires:

1.         Building Construction;

2.         Change Management;

3.         Construction Management;

4.         Earned Value Management;

5.         Contract Administration;

6.         Cost Control and Cost Estimating;

7.         Construction Claims Analysis, including delay claims and productivity claims;

8.         Project Document Control;

9.         Project Management;

10.       Software-Microsoft Project; and

11.       Software-Oracle Primavera P6.

Additional Information

Offered rate of compensation (New York city locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $183,762 - $214,761.56.
