We are seeking a Deputy Program Manager with the skills, knowledge, and ability to execute multiple, complex projects, simultaneously in collaboration with multiple teaming partners. As part of our expanded team, you will play a critical role in the government’s efforts to improve health and save lives with your expertise and meticulous attention to detail. This is a full-time, exempt position working a hybrid schedule in McLean, VA; Rockville, MD offices; and your home office. Onsite work at the client location may be required as needed. 

• Serve as the project manager for large, complex multiple task orders to include coordination with various teaming partners
• Under the guidance of the Program Manager, provide overall management of specific task orders and ensure schedules are implemented, and deliverables executed, in a timely manner and in compliance with client quality requirements
• Assist the Program Manager in working with Government contracting officials at the master contract and task order levels

Qualifications

•    B.A./B.S. degree in Business or other related discipline

•    Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience of which at least seven (7) years must be specialized in project development from inception to deployment

•    Demonstrated capability in managing multi-task contracts and/or subcontracts of various types and complexity

•    Experience working in the medical research field for the federal government

•    Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired
