Job Description

Join our team of DevSecOps professionals working on our Federal Clients Azure DevSecOps implementation.

The candidate will act as the team’s Deputy Project Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience managing a large

Location: Remote

Salary: $95-$98k – depending on experience

Job Duties: 

• Assist the Project Manager with leadership and people-care for a large development team
• Support the PM with reporting, scheduling, and client interactions
• Work closely with the Scrum Master to develop and monitor a plan for overall project success
• Ensure all project processes are being followed, all metrics are within accepted values, and all SLAs are being met
• Assist with the maintenance of project schedules and budgets
• Oversee project delivery and implement corrective actions when necessary

Qualifications

Required Skillset:

• Must have 3 years of project management experience and at least 2 years working in IT
• Must have experienced in Agile software development and management methodologies
• Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Must be comfortable communicating with executives, managers, and technical resources
• Must have experience managing government projects

Desired Skillset:

• Experience managing technical project in Azure and managing DevSecOps projects

Education:

• Must have a  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• Must have an active PMI Project Management Professional certification or be willing to acquire one in the next 12 months

Clearance Requirements:

• Active Public Trust or ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance is a must. 
• US Citizenship required
