Job Description:

As an Operational Transaction Advisory team member in Crowe’s Consulting Practice, your role will be focused on helping clients resolve business needs through analyzing data along with defining, crafting, developing, and implementing business and technology solutions.

Skills and Requirements: 

  • Perform detailed analysis of data to support insight generation, as assigned by senior team members 

  • Support Integration Management Office (IMO) reporting and presentation development support 

  • Drive administration of internal toolkit, including team scheduling, document management, and calendar 

  • Provide Function workstream support, at direction of Engagement, Workstream or Region/Country Lead 

  • Ability and interest in making detailed assessments of operations and implementing improvements, specifically for productivity increase and operating cost reduction; direct experience in leading cost reduction initiatives is a plus 

  • Superior analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel are required; knowledge in developing and interpreting financial models is a plus 

  • Outstanding communication skills as evidenced by the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and business impacts to diverse audiences, including executives 

  • The successful candidate will be highly adaptable, assertive, and open to new challenges in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have significant independence to define and deliver the work required to make our clients successful. 

  • Advanced skills in analysis and written and verbal communication are critical, as this role will require significant executive-level interaction. 

  • This role offers access to continuous learning and development programs to enhance your skills and expertise. 

  • Willingness to travel 80-100% of the time due to most of the work occurring at the client's site with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of the time 

Education: 

We are seeking college seniors or graduate students pursuing academic degrees in one of the following preferred majors (or similar background). 

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Management, Operations, Business Administration, or other relevant field.  

  • Pursuing CPA-eligibility by graduation (varies depending on role pursuing)

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $27.00 - $42.00 per hour.
