Job Description

Your Career

This individual will be part of the Global Sales Enablement team at ServiceNow. As a pivotal member of the Enablement team, this role will be responsible for driving implementation of key initiatives that support our worldwide client-facing teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate individual resourcefulness, and a drive to get things done with a collaborative, ‘make it happen’ approach.

Your Impact

Drive content management and digital asset management best practices in a cloud-based environment and take ownership of content health metrics. Contribute to strong working relationships and collaboration with business teams, marketing teams and content owners. Increase adoption of key sales enablement tools with our sales teams and stakeholders.

Key Activities

  • Helping to drive overall platform strategy, implementation and workflow design for Sales Enablement and Content Management platforms
  • Acts as primary liaison between Global Enablement and various stakeholders
  • Responsible for assigning appropriate metadata for assets to ensure accurate usage rights
  • Manages and facilitate the uploading of assets as well as maintaining system standards
  • Provide project management and content lifecycle management support for key sales enablement initiatives
  • Interface fluently across key platforms and tools
  • Provide enablement platform training and support for users and content publishers
  • Oversee and develop key internal reporting and metrics to substantiate program compliance and demonstrate success
  • Implement best practices and content governance through naming conventions, tagging, and curation policies​
  • Maintain content integrity through continual audits, process enhancements, and by ensuring publishers are certified and adhering to governance procedures​
  • Keeps informed on latest digital asset and content management trends and innovations to drive a best in class program
  • Potentially oversee other content managers, providing guidance and direction on the content management program

 

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • 3+ years of sales enablement platform experience (Highspot, Seismic, Showpad or others)
  • 3+ years of content management experience
  • Understanding of content management principles and process, as well as sales process and methodology
  • Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles
  • Excellent analytic, presentation, written and oral communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred or equivalent military experience required
  • 5+ years relevant Program or Project Management experience a plus
  • 1+ year of experience with Dynamics or equivalent CRM a plus
  • 1+ year of experience with AEM or Adobe DAM a plus
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office
