JOB TITLE: Global Health Data Analyst
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a talented Global Health Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leveraging data to drive insights and decision-making in the field of global health. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to improving healthcare systems and patient care on a global scale.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze health data from various sources, including but not limited to clinical trials, public health databases, and proprietary data sets.
- Trend Identification: Identify trends and patterns within health data sets to inform strategic decision-making and improve healthcare outcomes.
- Predictive Modeling: Develop predictive models to forecast disease outbreaks, identify high-risk populations, and anticipate healthcare needs in different regions.
- Data Visualization: Create visually compelling dashboards and reports to communicate key insights and findings to stakeholders across the organization.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including researchers, clinicians, and product developers, to integrate data-driven insights into product development, clinical trials, and public health initiatives.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards governing the collection and use of health data, including GDPR, HIPAA, and other relevant regulations.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of advancements in data analysis techniques, healthcare technologies, and global health trends to continuously improve analytical methodologies and processes.
- Global Health Initiatives: Contribute to global health initiatives aimed at addressing healthcare disparities, improving access to care, and advancing public health goals in underserved communities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 3 years experience
Skills
- Ability to work with health data, preferably in a global health context.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools such as R, Python, Tableau, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global team environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and ethical standards governing the use of health data.
- Passion for improving healthcare outcomes and addressing global health challenges.

Target Pay Range: $75,700.00 to $94,600.00 - Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
Target Bonus on Base: 7.0%
