Hudl’s People Operations is the backbone to our People team. We’re looking for a Senior HR Specialist to join our team, with strong Italian HR experience, plus any other experience within the wider EMEA region being highly desirable. Your work will span borders, providing the unique opportunity to impact Hudlies around the globe.
You will be responsible for the execution and processing of the Italian payroll, as well as all HR operational daily activities needed to manage the employee life cycle, such as: time and attendance system, employment law and collective bargain agreement operational activities, leave of absences, processing contract changes plus any other relevant areas.
This role will be based in Italy, in either our Chiavari or Milan office and will involve a mixture of remote and office based working.
You Are
- An expert. You are an expert in Italian HR, specifically administration, payroll, time and attendance and training funds. Experience within the wider EMEA region is a plus.
- Experienced. You have experience in scaling HR administration and operational processes, policies and systems.
- Detail-oriented. No detail is too small in ensuring various HR needs are met for our team.
- A team player. You are able to work effectively in a team environment and can lead through influence.
- A strong communicator. You possess excellent communication and organization skills.
- Passionate. You are interested in a career in HR Operations where you will work with clients in Italian & English.
You Will
- Be an advisor. You’ll provide expert Italian HR knowledge to the business and ensure that our employees are supported.
- Take responsibility. You will take full responsibility of the payroll and time and attendance processes, aswell as other areas of HR Operations, ensuring a smooth and effective workflow.
- Provide support. To stakeholders and employees on all applications and systems used.
- Create and maintain. You will manage documentation internationally, including promotion letters, contracts, employment letters etc.
- Have full ownership. You’ll be accountable for the Payroll, time reporting, and Country HR files and HR systems.
- Be professional. You’ll maintain strict confidentiality, manage, and escalate complaints/sensitive people related cases to HR Business Partners/People Directors.
