Management of Personnel Resources
Coordinator Administrative Services/Primary Service Center Backup Essential Functions:
Coordinate the human resources function within Physical Facilities including supervising employee recruitment, overseeing the discipline process, coordinating union business, payroll concerns, and recordkeeping.
Supervise Physical Facilities' use of time clock data and electronic time submission. Audit manual entry of time data and provide training where necessary. Troubleshoot data integrity issues unique to Physical Facilities. Act as a liaison between Physical Facilities and Payroll.
Evaluate outward and inward customer facing departmental communication through support and assistance to the PFOC Service Center. Contribute to the functionality and effectiveness of Physical Facilities' Maintenance Management System, WebTMA, by auditing and updating data on a continuing basis to ensure accuracy.
Review and process administrative invoices including office supplies, shoe vouchers and utility invoices. Perform related duties as assigned.

Education:
Requires 18 months of education or training beyond high school.
Required Qualifications:
Requires a minimum of I year experience in a general office environment preferably from a Human Resources and/or related field. Strong computer skills to include, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases required. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Strong organization skills and the ability to handle multiple projects/tasks as required. Knowledge of Facilities / Maintenance environment strongly preferred. Bachelors degree preferred.
