  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of assigned proposals, facilitating and managing processes to solicit input from internal stakeholders and subject matter experts.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, legal, compliance, privacy, clinical, and other internal teams to gather necessary information and insights for proposals.

Collaborative Engagement and Resource Management

  • Work with subject matter experts, business development (BD) and sales teams, marketing professionals, and senior leaders to develop broad business unit capability responses to commonly asked questions.

  • Conduct research and collect responses to specific RFP questions, storing them in a database of common responses for reuse in proposals, presentations, web-based communication, and other customer-facing written materials.

Content Production and Process Management

  • Manage the content creation process, including writing, delivery, researching, editing, proofreading, designing, and submission.

  • Ensure adherence to production timelines for all proposal-related content.

  • Work with BD leadership to establish policies, standards, tracking methodologies, and reporting mechanisms to support new business metrics and analysis, empowering proactive customer targeting.

  • Maintain data in a centralized pipeline management repository to ensure frequent reporting to management on activities and trends in the therapeutic landscape affecting targeting efforts.

  • Lead the creation, updates, and continuous monitoring of market events in oncology, rare disease, and cell and gene therapy sectors.

Client Engagement and Relationship Building

  • Support and participate in the process of contacting potential new biopharma partners to share Biologics’ capabilities and establish relationships.
