Job Description

This is a full-time salaried position with Project Farma, a PerkinElmer company. The successful candidate may be remote however willing to travel domestically, to meet client project and internal  requests.

Project Farma (PF) team members collaborate with cross-functional teams to build trusted client relationships, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities and applying data-driven insights to support project planning, cost, schedule, and performance management.

The Marketing Director is a senior leader responsible for setting direction, driving execution, and delivering results across a function, portfolio, or business segment. This role provides strategic leadership, oversees multiple teams or initiatives, and partners cross-functionally to align people, processes, and priorities with company objectives. The Marketing Director plays a pivotal role in driving the Company’s marketing objectives with strong emphasis on lead generation and collaboration with business development and inside sales teams. Success in this role will be rooted in the ability to communicate clearly with executive leadership, drive alignment with business development and inside sales teams, and execute coordinated targeted marketing strategies to achieve the Company’s strategic objectives and business growth goals.  Additionally, they will develop and lead the internal Marketing team and will provide valuable decision support, and operational improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops customer-centric communication strategies and collaborates with cross-functional teams for tactical planning across digital channels (social media, CRM, websites, email) to enhance client engagement and drive sales.
  • Gains insights from business development, HR, and executive stakeholders to design marketing strategies, brand campaigns, and partnerships, aligning with corporate objectives and boosting brand recognition and customer acquisition.
  • Executes metric-driven sales-enablement activities, including personalized account-based marketing (ABM) and inbound marketing strategies.
  • Curates blog articles, social media campaigns, eBooks, and SEO/SEM tactics to support the Company’s value proposition and enable business growth.
  • Manages relationships with editorial partners, PR/media contacts, and contract writers to support thought leadership amplification and earned media coverage
  • Collaborates with key SMEs to develop and showcase marketing collateral including scientific publications, white papers, case studies, and more.
  • Provides regular quarterly metrics management and reporting on performance, accompanied by actionable recommendations for optimizing marketing activities and improving outcomes.
