Role Summary

In support of this project, MPC is seeking a Senior Acquisition Specialist with at least 10 years of experience to provide support to all areas as they relate to the federal acquisition lifecycle in support of Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency’s (CISA) Cybersecurity Division (CSD). Support includes the areas of acquisition/contract management to the client.

What You Will Be Doing

Work alongside contracting officer representatives (CORs) in support of acquisition lifecycle management
Assist with establishing and developing standard acquisition templates for all types of contract support activities to allow for streamlined procurement development and planning activities.
Assist in establishing and updating a repository for contract artifacts, best practices, and SOPs.
Perform duties in support of acquisition planning and serve as the subject matter expert (SME) to advise and resolve any issues
Assist the client with start to finish acquisition lifecycle management support
Support the development of acquisition packages
Tracking the status of procurement activities

What We Need From You (Required)

A minimum of 10 years of direct experience in federal acquisition/contract certification
Possess an understanding of all federal contract types to include firm fixed price (FFP), time and materials (T&M), cost plus fixed fee (CPFF), etc.
Experience with GSA schedules
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is 83k-128k.
