Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

<p>We are currently looking for a passionate and motivated Senior Software Engineers to join FINARTIX's Software Engineering Practice and our consulting projects for major clients within different industries in the Greek Market. The candidate will play a key role in the development, implementation, and management of technology-based business solutions to improve our clients’ delivery approach. </p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong> </p><ul><li>Participate in full software development lifecycle implementing, testing and maintaining custom applications. </li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions. </li></ul><ul><li>Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle from design through to deployment, ensuring high-quality coding practices. </li></ul><ul><li>Apply existing standards for programming, naming, security &amp; performance and provide proper code documentation.</li></ul><ul><li>Act as a technical consultant for the client. </li></ul><ul><li>Support business as well as IT users with existing Application.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (mandatory). </li></ul><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with Full-Stack implementation with Python Backend/Integration. </li></ul><ul><li>Essential Front-End Skills: React and/or Angular.  </li></ul><ul><li>Essential Back-End Skills: Python. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience of Web Services (SOAP/REST) and SQL of Service Oriented environments. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience of system frameworks like Git and Azure DevOps (ADO). </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to write code which is both readable and performant, and, you feel right at home with OOP, multi-tier architecture. </li></ul><ul><li>Good programming skills with a mindset of solving hard problems efficiently with creativity. </li></ul><ul><li>Able to work independently and as part of a group. </li></ul><ul><li>Communication &amp; Time Management Skills. </li></ul><ul><li>Analytical thinking &amp; Problem-Solving Attitude. </li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office. </li></ul><ul><li>Languages required: English and Greek, both written and verbal. </li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Professional development through participation in challenging, real business projects in different industries. </li></ul><ul><li>Working in a dynamic and fast-growing banking Technology Company within a solid Group. </li></ul><ul><li>Opportunity to work in a diverse environment with talented colleagues. </li></ul><ul><li>Competitive remuneration package, Private Insurance Plan and other benefits. </li></ul><ul><li>Flexible working environment. </li></ul>
