Summary
The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement within the transportation and logistics industry. They will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong business acumen, and experience with data analysis and reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define technical requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor and analyze business performance.
- Design and execute user acceptance testing for new solutions.
- Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business growth.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts.
Educational background / Work experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related field.
- Experience in the transportation and logistics industry is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and initiatives.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
- Knowledge of transportation and logistics processes and systems.

- May lead and mentor junior business analysts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).

- Fluent in English (oral and written)
Computer Literacy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
