Job Description Summary:

The Director, PMO Governance & Operations is a critical leadership position responsible for driving the successful implementation of change management initiatives and tools within the PMO. This individual will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure that change initiatives are effectively planned, executed, and monitored to support the successful delivery of projects and programs. 

What You'll Do for Us:

  • Facilitate the prioritization of projects and the allocation of resources by working closely with key stakeholders. 

  • Oversee the PI Planning process (Program Increment) and guide the teams to better execution and delivery. 

  • Coordinate and facilitate PI planning sessions, ensuring that the process is effectively communicated and correctly used by teams. 

  • Monitor compliance with PMO processes and address variations. 

  • Manage a portfolio of projects and ensure coordinated planning, and execution. 

  • Champion the transition to and utilization of Agile methodologies within the organization. 

  • Identify potential project risks and ensure that robust mitigation strategies are in place. 

  • Implement a sustainable change management program to support the organization’s evolving needs. 

  • Define and track key performance indicators to ensure project goals are consistently achieved. 

  • Work with project managers to identify and assess the impact of changes on projects and programs. 

  • Facilitate change management workshops and training sessions for project managers and teams. 

  • Monitor and report on the progress and effectiveness of change initiatives. 

  • Provide guidance and support to project managers on change management best practices. 

  • Develop and maintain a change management framework and toolkit for the PMO. 

Qualifications & Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field. 

  • Proven experience in a similar role with expertise in PI planning, Agile methodologies, and change management. 

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. 

  • Experience with CRM tools & PowerBI, both implementation and usage. 

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. 

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. 

  • PMP or relevant Project Management qualification. 

  • Agile Certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe).

Pay Range:

$159,300 - $184,700

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
