Infrastructure as Code & Automation

  • Enforce infrastructure-as-code (IaC) as the standard for all platform development and operations
  • Drive automation across provisioning, configuration, security controls, and lifecycle management
  • Continuously reduce manual operations through CI/CD, GitOps, and policy-as-code practices

AI Infrastructure Enablement

  • Lead delivery of AI infrastructure platforms, including GPU-enabled compute
  • Partner with data science and AI teams to ensure platforms support experimentation, training, and production-scale inference
  • Ensure AI platforms meet enterprise standards for security, compliance, scalability, and cost management

Agile Delivery & Operational Excellence

  • Ensure platform teams deliver using Agile and DevOps methodologies, emphasizing iterative delivery and fast feedback loops
  • Establish strong observability, incident management, and reliability practices
  • Define and track KPIs related to platform stability, delivery velocity, customer satisfaction, and cost optimization

Security, Risk & Compliance

  • Partner closely with cybersecurity to design and operate secure cloud platforms aligned with healthcare regulatory requirements
  • Embed security controls, identity, network segmentation, and compliance automation directly into platform services
  • Ensure platforms meet internal and external audit requirements, including HIPAA and enterprise risk standards
