Your responsibilities
-
Support the Program/Project Managers in tracking status of program/project deliverables and milestones supporting the adoption of the project lifecycle;
-
Ad hoc project/programme support - short-term and long-term and) ensuring project plans and project documentation are complete and up-to-date;
-
Dedicated project reporting for various stakeholders, monitor key operational metrics (reporting assistance with Project Board presentations, etc.);
-
Participate in selected project meetings & host minor project meetings (actions, issues)
-
Update/maintenance of action, issue and risk logs;

Active participation in development of PMO team in terms of developing new solutions, search for optimisation and best practices, supporting junior team members;

Assist with strategy assignments as requested by management.
Our requirements
-
English language at least C1 level - excellent/fluent both written and spoken;
-
3 - 5 years of experience in working on structured projects as support/assistant/junior or assisting PM;

Knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel);
-
Attention to the details and problem-solving skills, proactive and challenge status quo;
-
Experience with managing or cooperating with a greater number of stakeholders;
-
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, others) and project management tools (e.g. Clarity PPM, JIRA, other)
-
Knowledge of Power BI, Visio;
-
SharePoint would be an asset;
-
Ability to understand and work in a multicultural environment and carry out multiple tasks at the same time;

Ability to work with minimal supervision;
-
Confident to deal with senior level contacts, internally and externally.
