We are seeking a Resident Assistant for a temporary role at The Alice Center Skilled Nursing Facility

Job Summary: Assist with the development and implementation of the Nursing goals and objectives. Assists in planning of group and individual programs that meet the needs of the residents. Works with residents in groups and one-on-one.

Department: Skilled Nursing Facility

Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.

Experience: Experience in a geriatric field is preferred. Must possess ability to prioritize work assignments, excellent written and oral skills, and to work well with others and independently.
