Mail Center Associate

Our Mail Center Associate will be responsible for supporting the mail room with scanning, sorting, and delivery of mail/packages to the corporate offices as well as the preparation of outbound shipments.  Includes various administrative, physical, and labor-intensive tasks.  

         

 

 

A Day in the Life

 

• Utilize scanning system to ensure all inbound mail and packages are recorded, sorted and delivered to addressee  
• Unpack and hang or re-package all sample merchandise and deliver same day to appropriate sample zone 
• Operate an outbound shipping system to send out packages within 24 hours of mail center receipt 
• Check copiers daily for any issues and maintain print rooms with daily check and replenishment of paper and toner.   
• Pickup and delivery of record retention boxes. 
• Daily drop off at local post office  

 

 

You Will Come With

 

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in operating a postage meter device
• Be able to safely lift (up to 50lbs)  and carry equipment, packages and office supplies
• Knowledge of FedEx, UPS and USPS shipping systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook; Word and Excel a plus
