Key Responsibilities
- Lead external partner interactions on strategic projects as well as sales and marketing activities for Advanced-Flow Reactor (AFR) technology in the North American market.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers and partners while actively developing new opportunities.
- Represent the company by leading key strategic initiatives and attending key industry events.
- Collaborate with internal teams, subject matter experts, and customers to design and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
- Formulate and execute actionable plans with measurable objectives and key performance indicators
- Contribute to the development of global pricing and marketing strategies.
- Analyze and monitor competitive trends and market dynamics.
- Evaluate new business opportunities and prioritize efforts to drive business growth.

Experiences/Education - Required
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, business development, or sales engineering.
- Minimum 1–3 years of professional experience in chemistry or chemical engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field.
- MBA or equivalent extensive hands-on experience.
- Willingness to travel about 30% of the time.
- US citizenship Required.
Experiences/Education - Desired
- Previous experience in product line management or innovation.
- Prior experience working with AFR (Advanced Flow Reactor) technology or similar technologies.

The range for this position is $101,623.00 - $139,732.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
