Join our global Cyber Security Team and take your career to the next level.What You Will DoYou will be a visible member and thought leader of our cyber security engineering team and will help us advance cybersecurity requirements, processes, and technology solutions across multiple products. The role requires someone who can use their initiative and work well independently and part of a global team.

• Conduct firmware scans and analysis via decompiling executables to identify vulnerabilities.
• Perform threat modeling exercises with various product and engineering teams
• Work with product and engineering teams to prioritize the remediation of identified vulnerabilities.
• Work alongside software development teams, site reliability engineers, and operational teams to ensure Trimble products have appropriate security controls and security processes are in place as part of their release cycles.

What Skills and Experience You Should Bring

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with devices, system software, or hardware, driving in-depth security or privacy threat modeling and analysis
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information assurance, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in one or more of the following languages: Java, C/C++, Ruby, Python
• Technical knowledge of computer architecture and device design
• Strong understanding of systems/network security, secure protocol design, secure build and supply chain management, encryption, authentication, key management and applied cryptography
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with both internal and external customers is essential
