What you will do:

• Strategic planning with the leadership team to grow the business.
• Coach, lead and develop the Dispatch and Customer service team members to success.
• Communicate and collaborate with leaders and employees who within our other lines of business.
• Work closely with the dispatch team to coordinate an effective and efficient daily schedule for our 30 + Ready Mix Drivers to deliver mix to our customers throughout New Hampshire and Southern Maine.
