Job Description:
This job is responsible for managing the coordination and delivery of diverse administrative functions for a department or line of business. Key responsibilities include acting as a central point of contact for senior leadership routines and activities, financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, associate training, service quality, process improvements, business continuity, and communications. Job expectations include interacting with a wide variety of business partners to deliver strategic work efforts to ensure tactical priorities are met.

Position Summary

Manages diverse administrative functions usually for a very large, complex department or business unit. This resource will ensure timely capture of data for raising and due diligence of successful WMP requestions, accelerated approval timelines, and management of all open requisitions through thoughtful routines to better bridge the gap between hiring manager and their chosen candidates. This resource will drive meaningful relationships with BSMs, Hiring Managers and line COO's for hiring requirements across ITGPST. The candidate will Support end to end hiring, lead on all escalations, COO approver for all WMP requisitions, management of all data clean up routines, implement and manage hiring routines and controls – Lifecycle Monitoring, Facilitation of any hiring days and events, contractor conversions, critical hires etc. The candidate will have a key role in relationship management, Implement controls and maintain all handshakes between Business Mgmt. and Economics Teams, Implement relationships for our key business partners, partner with HR, GRM & GT Workforce Distribution as needed to comply with policies, guidelines, initiatives, etc., Implement partnerships internal to Workforce Mgmt. Lead Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads communication, coordination and connectivity across the leadership team
  • Partners with peers and control partners to ensure strong engagement and adherence to risk management and operational risk policies and processes
  • Drives the successful execution of team events and routines, including logistics, communications and gathering feedback
  • Develops comprehensive plans around key organizational priorities and ensures all accountable parties understand respective roles/responsibilities
  • Partners with reporting and analytics team to ensure accurate reporting while seeking opportunities to reduce manual processes
  • Assists senior executive and team with a full range of engagements, including process improvement and project initiatives
  • Provides oversight of key deliverables and validates accurate and timely completion

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with peers and partners
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with ability to use functions like v-lookup, pivot tables, charts
  • Ability to influence and drive continuous process improvement
  • Strong business partnering experience / skills including the ability to interact, communicate, and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Highly analytical thinking along with ability to create reports
  • Ability to adjust rapidly to changing demands and priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to make timely and accurate decisions
  • Be able to navigate vertically and horizontally
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks while balancing risk and reward
  • Executive presentation experience and strong verbal/written communication

Desired Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience with Global Resource management, IT Contract labor program governance, Fieldglass & WMP tool
