About this position

The Program Manager, Connecticut is a key management role responsible for the successful delivery of all operational and partnership aspects of the Connecticut program. This includes managing end-to-end operations, reports, maintenance, and program governance through strong internal and external relationships. The role involves defining and refining the service delivery strategy to ensure the safety of employees and stakeholders while delighting the customer and delivering cost-efficient solutions.

• Lead and manage the day-to-day Connecticut programs as the key client interface.
• Build, nurture, coach, and inspire a talented and cohesive operations team in Connecticut
• Lead strategic decision-making around resource planning and resolve competing requirements
• Ensure and drive the timely delivery of all contractual obligations, maintaining the highest industry standards for safety and quality.
• Proactively create space for continuous improvement across all aspects of service delivery, especially in safety, quality, and cost
• Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) and oversee training to ensure consistent delivery of services
• Work with program-specific data to analyze, dissect, and create reports to track performance, KPIs, and deliverables
• Manage project timelines, risks, and reporting, including preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the executive team and customers.
• You are required to comply with Acusensus’ established policies, procedures and management systems that align and are compliant with ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), ISO/IEC 270001 (Information Security Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management)

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Degree qualification relating to a technical field (Engineering/Project Management) or relevant experience
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs or operations from planning through delivery.
• Strong record of team leadership, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client and partner relationships and deliver contractual obligations with excellence.
• Skilled in program governance, including performance reporting, KPIs, and risk management
• Technical literacy sufficient to understand operational systems, maintenance, and performance metrics.
• Experience developing or improving SOPs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with a focus on data integrity and quality outcomes.
• Knowledge of ISO-certified management systems (Quality, Safety, Environmental, or Information Security) is desirable.
