Revenue Cycle Specialist

• Manage end-to-end revenue cycle process including billing, collections, and payment posting
• Verify and track authorizations, insurance eligibility, and patient data accuracy
• Submit claims to private insurance, ASAPs, Waiver, VA, and other payers
• Resolve billing issues and follow up on unpaid claims
• Work with case managers, schedulers, and the clinical team to ensure timely documentation
• Generate financial reports and assist in monthly reconciliation
• Stay current with home care billing regulations and payer requirements

• 2+ years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management, preferably in home care or healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of ASAP, VA billing, and private insurance procedures
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
