Senior Product Success Manager, Solution Engineering, Bentley  

Duties for the Senior Product Success Manager role include a broad range of tasks such as maintaining ongoing User relationships, networking, deliver product presentation, training, or consultancy, contributing to usage and revenue growth. Your technical expertise will provide insights on client-to-business interactions and assist in improving user experience through product support. Successful candidates will demonstrate analytical skills, aptitude for learning and using new software and be able to communicate clearly and effectively. The ideal Product Success colleague will engage with our Users, maximize value, and create strategies to grow our User base.

 

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations
• Deliver Training, mentoring, and consulting sessions
• Coordinate, evaluate and improve tutorials and other training materials
• Analyze user data to improve user experience
• Serve as the primary liaison between company and users
• Implement onboarding processes for users
• Handle and resolve user requests and technical issues
• Independently drive and manage client business development
• Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value
• Enhance and continually improve user satisfaction
• Articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users independently

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering & Masters in Transportation or equivalent. Specialization in Bridge Engineering. 
• Proficient in Indian and International Standards such as IRC, IRS, AASHTO LRFD, Eurocode.
• A strong knowledge and experience in Bridge Design, Conceptual Design, Highway and Railway Bridges. Experience in relevant Project Management is a plus.  
• More than 8 years engineering industry experience.  
• Experience with Bentley OpenBridge Designer/RM Bridge, LumenRT, ProStructure, MicroStation or other related industry software such as Midas Lusas Bridge, CSI Bridge, SOFiSTiK Bridge etc.
• Ability to learn and effectively demonstrate, configure, and consult on Bentley’s OpenBridge Designer.
• Detailed and a creative problem solver.
• Excellent written and oral communication, as well as strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn and effectively demonstrate Bentley’s software product line.
