Foreign Space Force Analyst

Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company, is seeking a Global Competition Analyst to provide all-source scientific and technical intelligence (S&TI) analysis of commercial space actors and infrastructure; current defense industry research, development and acquisitions (RDA); and counterspace C5ISRT (Command, Control, Computing, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance, and Targeting).  Specific responsibilities include analysis of foreign space programs, including foreign use of emerging and disruptive technology and use of AI/ML for space systems.

Required Experience:

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Effective interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate successfully with other internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analytic, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of a team

Desired Qualifications:

• Understanding of dynamic deep space environments
• Understanding of emerging and disruptive technology (EDT) technologies
• Ability to utilize AI/ML applications for taskings
• Understanding of advanced manufacturing for use by adversary space systems
