You will be the daily link between customers and internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Finance and Technical), ensuring accurate order processing, timely deliveries and excellent customer service</p><p></p><p><b>Key responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Process customer orders end‑to‑end in SAP: receive orders, validate quantities/lead times, enter orders, issue confirmations and invoices.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate logistics and transport with internal teams and hauliers; optimise loading efficiency and propose cost‑effective transport solutions.</p></li><li><p>Handle customer queries by phone and email: availability, pricing, delivery terms, documentation and samples.</p></li><li><p>Manage claims and returns in line with Rockwool procedures (SAP claim handling, credit/debit notes, return orders).</p></li><li><p>Liaise with Credit Management to support timely payments and with Sales to prepare offers, forecasts and budgeting support.</p></li><li><p>Track shipments from factory to delivery point and maintain close communication with carriers and customers.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate records and reports (weekly/monthly sales/order portfolio, invoicing checks).</p></li><li><p>Issue code requests for new materials and handle sample requests.</p></li><li><p>Act as backup for regional Customer Service colleagues and participate in improvement projects and Group initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Continuously learn and apply SAP procedures to resolve issues quickly and accurately.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li><p>University graduate.</p></li><li><p>Fluent in English and Romania (written and spoken).</p></li><li><p>Relevant experience in order handling, customer service or sales support</p></li><li><p>Practical SAP or ERP experience is highly desirable</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and <span>stakeholder‑management</span> skills.</p></li><li><p>Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.</p></li><li><p>Problem solver with a customer‑centric approach and a collaborative attitude.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>We offer you: </b>Exciting job in leading international company where you will have a chance to grow professionally and personally. 25 holiday days per year / 1 additional holiday day every 5 years of seniority in the company.
