<div class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoMsg_Job"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Container"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Text"> <h2><strong>Overview</strong></h2> <p>Black Canyon Consulting <strong>(BCC)</strong> is searching for a <strong>Senior-level Windows Systems Administrator</strong> to handle the day-to-day management, optimization, and security of our core infrastructure systems. In this role, you will maintain our primary Microsoft environment, plan unified infrastructure deployment strategies via Microsoft Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), and serve as an expert-level technical resource providing backup and primary support for complex Active Directory (AD DS) duties.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will possess deep technical proficiency across the Microsoft server ecosystem, including Active Directory, Entra ID, ADFS, IIS, SQL Server, Hyper-V, and MECM, while bringing strong hands-on administration experience in multi-cloud environments spanning Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).</p> <p>We attract the best people in the business with our competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental and vision coverage, 401k plan with employer contribution, paid holidays, vacation, and tuition reimbursement. If you enjoy being a part of a high performing, professional service and technology focused organization, please apply today!</p> </div> </div> </div> <h2 id="CloudAdmin-Responsibilities">Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Windows Server Lifecycle Management:</strong> Deploy, configure, patch, and maintain Windows Server (2019/2022) operating systems across physical, virtual, and cloud architectures . Monitor system performance, resource utilization, and event logs to proactively identify and resolve infrastructure issues.</li> <li><strong>Active Directory & Identity Management:</strong> Execute advanced Active Directory administration, including forest/domain management, Group Policy Object (GPO) engineering, replication topology troubleshooting, and critical security audits. Serve as a primary escalation point for complex AD duties.</li> <li><strong>Hybrid Cloud Identity Integration:</strong> Manage, configure, and troubleshoot identity synchronization between on-premises Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.</li> <li><strong>Federation & Single Sign-On (SSO):</strong> Architect, maintain, and secure Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) to deliver seamless authentication across legacy internal services and modern SaaS endpoints.</li> <li><strong>Enterprise Configuration & Systems Management:</strong> Engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot Micr
