The Senior Director will build the frameworks, insights, and enterprise rhythms needed to align workforce supply, demand, skills, and organizational capability with evolving business priorities, AI disruption, labor market dynamics, and the future of work.
This role operates at the intersection of business strategy, workforce planning, and organizational evolution - translating enterprise business priorities into future workforce capability requirements, organizational design implications, and AI-enabled work evolution.
The leader will integrate external healthcare and technology trends, internal talent analytics, and business priorities into actionable workforce strategy that shapes enterprise investment decisions, skills development, workforce movement, and work design across the organization.

This leader will complement existing capability owners by focusing on scale, integration, and acceleration - ensuring the organization moves faster, with greater clarity, and with measurable enterprise impact.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

- Integrate workforce analytics, business strategy, healthcare and technology trends, talent data, and AI insights into actionable recommendations and executive workforce briefings
- Lead enterprise AI workforce modernization efforts, including work deconstruction, workflow redesign, workforce transition planning, and human + AI operating models that elevate productivity and human contribution
- Establish practical frameworks and guidance that help leaders and PBPs rethink how work gets done in an AI-enabled environment and advance a skills-powered organization
- Serve as an enterprise integrator across workforce strategy, AI modernization, People strategy, and business priorities to drive enterprise alignment, scalable adoption, and organizational readiness
