YOUR PURPOSE
The Business Solutions Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effectiveness of business operations and strategies for the credit union through the analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise technology solutions. Specifically, this role will collaborate with various business stakeholders across multiple departments to understand and interpret requirements into actional plans, facilitate business process analysis and mapping, as well as coordinate the implementation and integration of technology in effort to streamline processes and enhance the member experience. This position will have an emphasis and principally focus on managing and administering enterprise technology products and solutions for Consumer and Mortgage Lending, Retail Operations, and Commercial Services.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Systems Analysis & Product Management
- Serve as a technology/product administrator, liaison, and expert for assigned departments and key business stakeholders.
- Collaboratively work to define, prioritize, and oversee, and implement product maintenance, upgrades, feature enhancements, and new functionality for assigned enterprise solutions.
- Work closely with credit union stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to the assigned technology portfolio and solutions.
- Assess existing enterprise solutions and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of enterprise solutions and assigned products to determine requirements, system capabilities, and technical feasibility to inform business and technical owner decisions.
- Collaborate with Information Technology colleagues and teams to design innovative and scalable technology solutions that fully address business needs, gaps, and requirements to align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Query and analyze data from multiple enterprise solutions and/or product data, feedback, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform roadmap decisions.
- Lead and/or participate in department or enterprise projects related to enterprise solution and product/application enhancements, upgrades, and implementations, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.
- Develop test plans and perform testing to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of credit union technical solutions and products.
- Establish meaningful relationships with business stakeholders and product owners to ensure a seamless and intuitive end-user experience to best support the credit union’s members.
- Research, evaluate, liaise, and coordinate with third-party vendors to implement and integrate third-party solutions and services as needed, as well as ensuring technical feasibility and compatibility.
- Create project specifications and partner with business stakeholders to analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
- Support change management activities for assigned enterprise solutions by communicating change, training end-users, and providing ongoing support, maintenance, and guidance.
- Develop, create, and maintain comprehensive enterprise solution documentation including business requirements, user guides, functional specifications, training materials, user stories, and process diagrams to support IT teams and internal end-users.
- Remain informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to recommend and implement continuous improvements and enhancements to enterprise solutions, applications, and products.
- Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues reported by end-users or business stakeholders, providing timely resolution and support.
- Work with IT and business stakeholders to manage integrations between credit union systems, products, and applications, to include third-party services; ensure data integrity and seamless data flow between environments.
