Position overview:

The Department of Healthcare and Family Services is seeking to hire a dynamic, motivated and results driven individual to serve as the Manager of Enterprise Data Warehouse & Data Analytics in the Bureau of Rate Development and Analysis.  This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to build and manage a high performing, continually improving data organization. The Manager will play a critical role in promoting data literacy across the organization, ensuring that all departments can effectively utilize data to make informed decisions. Collaboration will be a key component of this individual's success and will be required to accomplish the job.  This role sets direction and guides action plans and priorities to meet operational, technical, security, and future state needs of the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW). This role will provide leadership, including identification of risks and opportunities, regarding enterprise data with a deep understanding of data governance, data quality, data security, and business intelligence.  The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of cloud-based data warehousing, business intelligence concepts, and Master Data Management - particularly in healthcare.
