A  Finance Business Project Manager with M&A experience  looks very similar to an accounting-focused PM—but with a broader, more strategic finance lens. They typically sit between  FP&A, corporate finance, and executive leadership , driving the financial side of deals and integrations.

“Finance Project Manager with 7–10+ years of experience leading financial planning, M&A transactions, and post-merger integrations. Proven ability to align financial strategy, reporting, and operations across multi-entity organizations.”

1. M&A / Deal Experience (Critical)

· Supported or led:
