PAY RANGE

The Target Pay Range for this position is $125,700.00-$153,600.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $97,400.00 - $181,800.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

To join our dynamic team, we require candidates to be residents of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, or SC. If you’re located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we are requesting that you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.  For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote. Remote or onsite, we are committed to ensuring you are fully engaged and included in our collaborative environment.

As a Sr Enterprise Data & Business Intelligence Analyst (BIA), you won’t just crunch numbers—you’ll shape how BECU turns data into smart decisions and member-first innovations. You’ll be at the heart of designing and delivering Data, Business Intelligence (BI) and Advanced Analytics solutions that directly power better services for our members. 

 

Working closely with our Enterprise Data and Business Intelligence team and other data leaders across BECU, you’ll uncover insights, bridge the gap between business needs and data capabilities, and elevate how we use information to drive results. You’ll take complex, cross-functional data initiatives from concept to impact—and help others level up their skills along the way. Whether you’re analyzing historical patterns or guiding teams through BI design, your work will help shape smarter strategies and better member experiences. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

 

• Lead the Way: Facilitate sessions with product owners, business partners, and tech teams to translate big ideas into clearly documented data and BI requirements.
