If the above position sounds exciting – and you possess the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, we have an opportunity at Million Dollar Media (MDM), a small, tight-knit division and part of the Tokio Marine HCC Specialty Group, (www.milliondollarmedia.com)  in our Woodbridge, NJ office.

Tokio Marine HCC - Specialty Group, a member of the Tokio Marine group of companies, is a market leader in providing specialized insurance products for the sports, entertainment, and promotional industries. We provide an unmatched portfolio of products including event cancellation, high limit disability, kidnap and ransom, weather, travel, event liability and much more. We cover major sports and entertainment events, professional athletes and entertainers and other unique assets.

Performance Objectives

• Learn the Business: During the first 30 days, learn and observe how MDM conducts day-to-day business as your team contacts potential winners of campaigns.
• During the first 60 days you will learn to write and review winner documents, how to contact potential winners, and how to process winners once all information is confirmed.
•   During the first 90 days you will learn how to manage our prize inventory and how to ship and fulfill prizes.

Ongoing you will assist in the coordination, fulfillment, and execution of all promotions, sometimes including packing and shipping of larger fulfillment orders.

This is a roll up your sleeves position and is based in the Woodbridge, NJ office.

Experience & Education

• Minimum 2-year associate degree
• Minimum 2-years of relevant and progressive professional experience
• Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently on the phone
• Proven mastery of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Excellent writing, organization, and attention to detail skills
• Must be able to work well under time constraints and be able to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
• Prior experience with sweepstakes and contests a plus
