We are now looking for Senior Application Specialist 

As a Senior Application Specialist, you will be in the front seat regarding Business Performance solution design & maintenance. You will be part of the technical design with solution experts responsible for connecting the dots into a smooth E2E process for the end users. Additionally, you will own the maintenance and support processes securing services are running as they should within agreed timeframes and quality.   

Responsibilities: 

• Owning solution design to fulfill business needs originating from business based on industry best practices and out-of-box functionalities in Basware, CRM’s & their surrounding ecosystem. 

• Ensuring the integrity of both the process specific design and the wider end to end solution.  

• Securing integrations with other functions and connected applications are performing as expected. 

• Facilitating the solution design work including architecture in own solution area  

• Driving standardization where feasible and minimizing global / local variants  

• Owning the maintenance and support processes of global solutions ensuring speedy incident resolution  

• Monitoring product roadmaps and quarterly upgrades to identify new capabilities valuable for Huhtamaki business or allowing process improvements. 

• Contributing to competency development and training of the process network and specialists in the process area 

Experience and Skills Required: 

• Fluent written and spoken English  

• Expertise of the Basware and CRM system capabilities and out-of-the-box functionalities  

• Understanding and experience from integration design requirements is considered as an advantage.  

• Knowledge of industry best-practices and continuous learning from external sources  

• Ability to lead and do network facilitation and secure efficient co-creation in international, multivendor environment.  

• Business communication and change management, influence without direct authority  

• Solution design and implementation experience with ability to translate business requirements into solution capabilities.  

• Ability drive delivery execution with AMS partner and other solution providers  

• Continuous improvement mindset  

• Basic Project Management skills  

• Co-operative, good on influencing without direct authority  

• Relevant working experience 5+ years  

• Relevant Bachelor or Master’s level degree
