Senior Kinaxis - RapidResponse - Consultant in Supply Chain and Operation Team

The opportunity

 

We are looking for candidates who will join our polish Supply Chain & Operations (SCO) Team and help us drive business development for variety of global clients.

SCO is a team in Business Consulting where we focus on 5 main pillars of supply chain i.e. Strategy (driving end-to-end supply chain optimization), Planning (advanced planning systems implementation), Procurement (sourcing optimization), Manufacturing (IWS application), Logistics (warehousing and transportation improvements). We work with Clients in chemical, paper and packaging, food, FMCG, and other industries.

This opportunity gives you a chance to join our Planning team. As part of your first project you will support and co-lead project delivery team at global manufacturing client in Europe and/or USA with Kinaxis and Planet Together implementation, as well as coach and support consultants and client stakeholders, perform analyses and report findings, and outcomes. You will utilize your experience with Kinaxis while more in-depth technical knowledge will be a huge advantage.

 

Your scope of duties:

• Participation in end-to-end transformational projects, in particular related to supply chain planning (but also other areas: Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain Strategy)
• Participation in projects related to Kinaxis (Advanced Planning System) and  Planet Together (Advanced Scheduling-System) implementation led in Agile methodology
• Serve as a subject matter expert for client with in-depth knowledge of the application
• Bring outside-in view and apply leading practices
• Coordinate and help colleagues from EY and/or client
• Drive and realize Kinaxis scenario-driven approach
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications resulting in user stories
• Support and coordinate preparation workshops across client’s business units and/or regions
• Support project successful deployment delivery (Fit-Gap analysis, Master Data/System setup, Training and Testing, Go Live and Support)
• Planning, execution and management of the work related to quantitative and qualitative analyses of business processes
• Preparation and finalization of the project deliverables (reports, workshop materials, business proposals and many others)
• Project and wider program/framework management activities, such as:

1. reviewing and keeping up to date project plans, actions and risk logs
2. scheduling and leading project meetings (internal and external)
3. documenting and following up on agreed actions

• Focused change management to support buy-in and stakeholder acceptance
• Support project conformity with regards to scope, cost, time, budget, and deliverables
• Participation in business development activities

 

Our requirements:

• Higher education (min. Bachelor’s degree preferably in supply chain, IT, economics, finance or other relevant field)
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in supply chain industry
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Functional understanding of supply chain processes, ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications of Kinaxis, proficiency in Kinaxis statistic to analyze and identify potential gaps; and lead solution design
• Experience with implementation of at least one of Kinaxis supply chain planning suite layers is a MUST:

1. Excellent knowledge of the Kinaxis planning and processes. Required hands-on experience with fluent navigation. Experience with and configuration is highly useful
2. Knowledge of Planet Together scheduling and processes is highly useful
3. Knowledge of Kinaxis Integration with ERP systems and Planet Together is highly useful. Good understanding of Master & Transactional data from different SCOR areas

• Strong business analysis skills, understanding and usage of statistical algorithms, SCO concepts, awareness of tactical planning on overall supply chain processes
• Readiness to travel abroad (approx. 40% of the time)
• Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, collaboration and problem solving skills
