Join us now and give your career a home.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Develop and Implement Key Account/Channel (Traditional Trade) sales for Bosch Home Appliances for the allocated accounts as well as expand distribution network by opening new stores/channels</li><li>Manage sellout tools – schemes, sales promotions, promoters and provide strategic sales leadership</li><li>Create and implement an effective distribution expansion strategy to grow Bosch business in Indonesia</li><li>Provide the planning and leadership to the Promoters by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed to meet the Business Plan</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>At least Bachelors Degree (Masters Degree in Business or Marketing is an added bonus)</li><li> Worked in an international company in a sales or business development function, preferably in the Domestic Appliances industry or Consumer Electronics min 12-15 years</li><li>Exposure to Traditional Trade channel is a must</li><li>Fluent in written and spoken English + Bahasa</li><li>Computer Skills - MS Office proficient</li><li>Specific knowledge of both analytic and creative skills, leadship and coaching skills, interpersonal communication, presentation skills, multi-tasking ability in a fast pace working environment</li></ul>
