<h3>Company Description</h3><p>We organise over 500 large-scale branded and transaction-oriented events in 14 specialist markets<strong>.</strong> These are typically not-to-be-missed annual events where buyers and sellers build relationships, see and show products and do business.</p><p>We also provide year-round online platforms where companies showcase their businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating valuable leads, and we provide data and digital content that supports the flow of knowledge and transactions in markets.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Principal Tasks and Responsibilities</p><p>Primary responsible for managing the accounting records, compliance with regulations, overseeing accounting operations and ensure timely and accuracy of financial information for Thailand entities, not limited to</p><p> </p><ul><li>Review and prepare month end close and reporting (AR, AP, GL and TB)</li><li>Provide reconciliation analysis and variances commentary</li><li>Working Capital management and cashflow reporting, planning and analysis</li><li>Provision of reporting requirements as requested by Group Finance</li><li>Provision of Balance Sheet reconciliation and analysis</li><li>Provide feedback for improvement of internal processes</li><li>Assume any other or regional tasks as and when required</li><li>Liaisewith External Auditorsto manage yearly statutory audit requirements</li><li>Liaisewith Tax Agent to ensure timely filing and submission of VAT, WHT and Corporate Income Tax</li><li>Liaison with ASSC HK for all month end reportingrequirements</li><li>Escalate compliance on non-conformance or findings in a timelymanner</li><li>Provide support on Internal Auditactivities and queries</li><li>Robust understanding and enforcement of the CountryDelegated Authority</li><li>Adherence to and enforcement of Group Policies(Reporting, Tax, Treasury, Legal)</li><li>Ensure the operations of the businessare complying to the localActs and Laws</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>You should be…</p><p> </p><ul><li>A passionate and driven financeprofessional with an insatiable desire to learn and develop in your field of expertise</li><li>Having completed an undergraduate degree or a professional qualification</li><li>Minimum 5 years of working experience in manager levels with 3 years audit experience</li><li>Strong accounting knowledge, familiar with and conversant with latest accounting standards</li><li>Analytical and meticulous to details</li><li>High integrity and able to work independently</li><li>Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership skill</li><li>Proactive and result oriented</li><li>Open to learningand assuming responsibilities with pride and ownership</li><li>Willing to expandyour role and go beyondthe operating boundaries to add value</li><li>A proud ambassador of the Financefraternity</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><em>We know that sometimes the 'perfect candidate' doesn't exist, and that people can be put off applying for a job if they don't fit all the requirements.
