Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: 931 US Hwy 331 South, Defuniak Springs, Florida 32435

Schedule: As Needed/PRN Mon - Fri

Compensation: $50/hr

 

Select Physical Therapy's outpatient center in Defuniak Springs, FL has an immediate opening for a PRN Physical Therapist (PT). Live & work near the beach! Our center is 30 minutes from the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast. Join our team of 2 PT, 1 OT and a PSS treating post-surgical and general orthopedic patients in addition to vestibular/concussion patient. Our center also has a work strategies program and treats work conditioning patients, POETs, and FCEs. New graduates and experienced outpatient Physical Therapists, APPLY! Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications

• Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school
• Valid State Physical Therapist License
• CPR certification
