About the role

Oracle is seeking a forward-thinking Technical Program Manager to drive our Physical Security initiatives. As a key member of our Security Programs team, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of security infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will partner with cross-functional teams—including engineering, legal, compliance, and facilities—to define, design, and execute solutions that safeguard Oracle’s physical assets globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the planning, design, and execution of complex, multi-phase physical security programs (including design, build, and construction).
  • Develop project requirements, work plans, schedules, and resource estimates; actively track and report on progress using established tools and methodologies.
  • Navigate ambiguity to define clear program objectives, scope, and deliverables, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare and present communications for executives and key stakeholders; create documentation, status reports, and briefing materials.
  • Champion best practices for program management by leveraging tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with company standards and contract terms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Construction Management, Security, or equivalent work experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the design, build, and construction phases of physical security projects (5+ years preferred).
  • Proven skills in program/project planning, tracking, and execution in dynamic environments.
  • Comfort with ambiguity; ability to define and drive programs with evolving requirements.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive audiences.
  • Proficiency with program management and productivity tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a large, global enterprise.
  • Familiarity with security technologies and physical access control systems.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and contractors.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
