What Makes This Role Great: In this role, you will directly influence the success of existing accounts by introducing innovative technologies, driving customer retention, and expanding strategic business relationships in a dynamic face-to-face environment.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and grow an active sales pipeline to consistently exceed revenue targets.

• Craft clear, professional proposals and lead responses to RFIs and RFPs tailored to client needs.

• Build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers through impactful, face-to-face engagements.

• Deliver regular strategic updates and accurate sales forecasts on performance and market opportunities.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in SaaS solutions.

• Demonstrated expertise in account management, strategic negotiation, and closing complex deals.

• Strong communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels.

• Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar enterprise CRM tools.

Bonus Points For

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

• Deep domain knowledge within the architecture, engineering, construction, or operations industries.

Logistics

Location: Remote Ideally in the MidWest, with preference towards Colorado, Texas or Ohio

Travel Requirement: 25% - 50%

Compensation:  160k - 170k +/- OTE Salary + Commission
