Senior Lead/Administrative Assistant

The Senior Lead/Administrative Assistant will provide daily leadership and oversight to ensure that both company and customer expectations are consistently met. This role is responsible for being present where work is conducted to ensure that all safety, policy, and procedural requirements are adhered to by the employees within their area of responsibility.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Ensure compliance with all industry, customer, and company safety regulations and operating procedures.
- Identify and rectify unsafe work conditions and practices; the Senior Lead plays a crucial role in accident and injury prevention.
- Act as an effective trainer, ensuring that all employees receive proper training and comprehend the work instructions relevant to their roles.
- Conduct various company and customer audits as directed by management.
- Perform pre-shift briefings and assign daily tasks based on workforce needs.
- Monitor and motivate employees to ensure safe practices, adherence to proper work procedures, and collaborative efforts to achieve production goals.
- Maintain regular and acceptable attendance as determined by company standards.
- Availability for at least 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, or other necessary hours as determined by the company to meet business needs.
- Be prepared to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required to fulfill business needs.
- Ensure proper handling and processing of documentation.
- Provide efficient administrative support, including data entry and spreadsheet management, to meet deadlines associated with corporate paperwork.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- A strong commitment to safety is essential.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Consistent attendance is required.
- A positive team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
- A valid state driver's license is required.
Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of one year of administrative experience is required.
- A minimum of one year of experience with ADP payroll is required.
- A minimum of one year of customer service experience is required.
- Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Proficiency in Excel is required.
- The ability to type at least 30 words per minute with minimal errors is required.
