Manager in Training - Restaurant

We are looking for someone to be our next Manager in Training. You’ll be on a career path to lead our team to deliver our best-in-class customer service and outstanding food to our guests, always with a focus on teamwork! Our Pasta & Company leaders serve as a role model, mentor, teacher, and guide for our Team Members, where we take pride in doing a great job while still having fun! Starting hourly rate of $21-23 depending on experience, plus expected average tips of $8-$10 per hour ($29- $31 average total per hour).

Requirements:
• 1+ year experience in a supervisory role and 2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced food service operation that included direct customer service.
• Desire to learn and grow, with the goal of becoming a Store Manager!
• Experienced as a trainer.
• Experience following Store procedures and policies.
• Bilingual/Spanish speaking preferred, but not required

Basic qualifications:
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Experience following Store procedures and policies, including safety, cleanliness, and operations.
