About the role
JOB SUMMARY: The Trust Administrative Assistant I is a full-time position performing various administrative duties for the Trust Services department and the Director of Trust Services.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education: High School Graduate or equivalent
Experience: Three years of professional office experience
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Coordinate agenda and compile digital binder for department oversight committee
- Complete various department certifications and maintain certification matrix
- Prepare and circulate various department reports
- Maintain department Policies and Procedures manual
- Maintain department Business Continuation Plan
- Maintain department Corporate Resolution
- Update marketing materials with department changes
- Coordinate continuing education, business development, and marketing events
- Assist Director with various department tasks
- Be knowledgeable of bank compliance rules and adhere to Federal and State banking regulations relating to this position
- Follow all Bank compliance policies and procedures relating to this position
- Follow all department policies, procedures and processes
- Other duties as assigned
WORK CONTEXT:
- Ability to concentrate and focus on essential functions in appropriate priority order is required.
- Requires being punctual, dependable, detail oriented, organized, and responsible for work outcomes and results.
- Requires sitting for long periods and traveling to other departments and locations, as needed.
- Requires contact with others by telephone, internal chat, email, video conferencing, and face-to-face discussions.
- Requires completion of assigned on-line training courses with a passing percentage.
- Professional environment requiring appropriate demeanor and attire.
- Work is performed indoors in environmentally controlled conditions.
