This opportunity resides with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. Who We Are

HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a skilled Program Financial Analyst to support our INDOPACOM Customer in Honolulu, HI! Come join our growing team today!

What You Will Do

  • Oversee finance deliverables and partner with Program Manager and the Customer-on-customer growth and initiatives by though modeling and project estimation creating.
  • Finance Manager will work directly with the customer to ensure proper funding is aligned to all the projects.
  • Responsible for and manages internal and external customers to invoice customers (government and commercial), reconcile unbilled receivables, and provide ad-hoc support and analyses.
  • Internal clients include program managers, contracts, accounting, and other financial personnel.
  • Identify and confirm invoicing requirements with the Project Finance, the Contracts Administrator and the Program/Project Manager(s).
  • Invoice customers in a timely and accurate manner. 
  • Ensure invoices comply with appropriate contracts, guidelines and regulations. 
  • Identify issues, research and remedies as appropriate. 
  • Understand the basic contract document(s) as it relates to billing and revenue.
  • Perform invoice generation in Costpoint. Maintain billing files that include the base contract, subsequent modifications, invoice copies, and customer correspondence.
  • Remit invoices to customers; Input invoices into customer’s web-based invoicing systems.
  • Identify billable costs vs non-billable costs and creates appropriate invoices.
  • Review A/R aging report and resolve any collection issues over 30 days. 
  • Establish a business relationship with internal and external customers. 
  • Provide guidance and support to facilitate accurate and timely billing and prompt collection.

What We Are Looking For

 

  • 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
  • Must have an active SECRET clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.

Physical Requirements

Normally assigned to perform work in an office environment. Only electrical hazards and other minor potential hazards normally found in an office environment are anticipated. May be required to travel to job sites or other offices. During job site visits, paint fumes, welding, and other shipboard or shore based hazards may be present.
