We now need to strengthen our central team with an additional resource, and this is why we are looking for <b><span>YOU</span></b> our next Senior Product Engineer – Automation.</p><p></p><p>As a Senior Product Engineer – Automation you play a crucial role in advancing our customer experience.</p><p></p><p><b><span>Your key tasks will be:</span></b></p><ul><li><p>Create and update software in both Siemens and Allen Bradley, B&amp;R knowledge is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Training of our field service engineers and customers.</p></li><li><p>Be part of development and execution of new automation/upgrades services for our core products Separation and Evaporation systems.</p></li><li><p>Install &amp; commission control systems, perform system upgrades including condition alert.</p></li><li><p>Technical support including (Remote support, helpdesk, claim investigations etc.)</p></li><li><p>Work in close co-operation with the entire central Business Unit organization.</p></li><li><p>Frequent contacts with our sales companies and directly with customers regarding technical support, commissioning, and product training.</p></li><li><p>Conduct acceptance tests for Instruments, panels, installation and control systems.</p></li><li><p>Drive or participate in improvement projects for current technical solutions and/or develop new solutions to ensure our competitive advantage.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>The position involves a large amount of travelling (approx. 140 days / year) sometimes on short notice.</b></p><p></p><p><b><span>Who you are</span></b></p><p>You are a strong team player who is also capable of working independently. We believe you are service-minded and customer-focused, with the ability to easily form contacts in a global environment.</p><p><span>You have an eye for details and enjoys delivering high-quality results on time and within </span><span>budget.</span> Flexibility and excellent communication skills are essential qualities for this role.</p><p></p><p><b><span>What you know</span></b></p><p>You have a <span>bachelor’s / master’s degree within programming </span><span>or similar, with a minimum 5 years of experience with </span><span>Automation and Programming</span>. We trust you have a proven track record with automated production systems in <span>the industrial environment as well as fluency with </span><span>PLC and SCADA systems</span>. You have good knowledge in Field IO checks and hands on experience in site commissioning and <span>troubleshooting work</span>.
