You’ll work closely with vendors, corporate leaders, and Resident Home teams to ensure procurement practices are cost-effective, and aligned with our mission of delivering exceptional care.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure optimal service and value.
• Lead and support contract negotiations, ensuring compliance and ethical standards.
• Monitor supplier performance and track contract compliance to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Resident Home teams and corporate departments to align procurement strategies with operational needs.
• Analyze spend data and identify opportunities for cost savings and contract optimization.
• Act as a liaison to resolve procurement-related issues and support business reviews.
