Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant – Test Lead 

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Principal Consultant to lead and drive test execution within a high-performing team working on a banking and payments platform. This role demands strong leadership, a hands-on approach to quality assurance, and the ability to manage and coordinate with an offshore team effectively. 

Responsibilities     

  • Take ownership of end-to-end test execution activities, including critical bug verification during US business hours. 
  • Lead and provide direction to the QA team, ensuring efficient execution, timely triaging, and resolution of issues. 
  • Act as the primary QA contact for key stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication across time zones. 
  • Coordinate and collaborate closely with the offshore (India) team to ensure alignment and productivity. 
  • Ensure testing deliverables meet business and technical expectations through structured processes and consistent follow-through. 
  • Contribute to strategic planning and risk mitigation for test coverage and automation. 
  • Facilitate regular squad ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and QA sync-ups. 
  • Support release management and ensure high-quality releases in production. 
  • Contribute to organizational QA governance, compliance, and audit processes. 

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum qualifications 

  • Valid years of QA experience in a QA leadership or managerial role. 
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Strong background in manual and automation testing; hands-on experience with Selenium or similar frameworks. 
  • Ability to provide technical leadership without being required to write code regularly; instead, focus on providing guidance and direction. 
  • Familiarity with a variety of test automation frameworks, and the ability to quickly learn new tools as needed. 
  • Solid understanding of banking and payments domain is preferred.
